“To ingenuity and beyond!” (not Buzz Lightyear)

With more than 35 years’ experience working in the marketing and communications sector, our Managing Director Lesley Pashley knows a bit about being inventive, creative and imaginative.

Having worked within an agency setting for 25 years, Lesley is passionate about supporting SMEs, from start-ups to global businesses, with their branding and creative B2B communications.

Although she was born in Lancashire, Lesley grew up in Nottinghamshire and has lived in Grantham for the past 28 years.

Lesley’s career in marketing communications began within a subsidiary of BP before she moved on to an electronics company and then a large construction equipment company.

She earned her stripes in the industry through further training in business studies, PR and marketing and is now a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

She’s been our Managing Director since 2005, when our name was Printing.com and Redlime.

In 12 years she’s seen some vast changes in the world of communications and a name change for us as we joined the Nettl family. However, one thing has remained the same: Lesley still loves a client meeting that ends with a wow!

She’s particularly proud of the impact of the new www.visitnewarkandsherwood.info website, which received 3,900 hits in the first 30 days. The project required a mix of branding, design, coding and AdWords expertise and the team worked together to deliver the site on time and within budget.
