Duncan & Toplis approached us with a suggestion that we could take care of all of office stationery print across their eleven UK offices. But we had a far greater idea.

We started a partnership where we developed a microsite for all eleven of their offices to have a login to so they could order letterheads, compliment slips, continuation sheets and all other kinds of stationery as and when they need it, quickly and easily with just a few clicks. With generic stationery that can cover all of the offices, we are proud to hold the stock and distribute when orders come in, taking that hassle away from head office so they can get on with their jobs.

The automation doesn’t stop there though, all users can order their own business cards through the microsite, entering the main details themselves and sending the job off to print, reducing wait time and studio artwork costs.

Head office have a master login to cover all eleven areas and order in more stock, whereas the individual offices will only see the stationery that applies to them. As time as gone on we have added more and more to the microsite, including promotional giveaways such as pens and notepads and informative material such as postcards and leaflets for specific industries.

The microsite has proved a huge time saver for all parties and remains some of our proudest work to date.
