An existing client of ours, who runs a very successful shop in the heart of Newark selling home and giftware, decided the time was right for a redesign of her online e-commerce website, to bring the image of the company in to the year 2020.

We worked closely with Denise, identifying the key impression we wanted to give to a potential customer who lands on the site and mapping out their ideal journey as they browse the collection online.

Between us we arrived at a modern, simplistic and stunning solution that oozes sophistication and style throughout the full customer journey, with some high tech functionality powering the system in the background. We installed our own custom built EPOS Now solution to ensure stock is managed efficiently between in store and online sales, and integrated eBay and Amazon links to enable our client to easily publish and remove items to the popular selling platforms.

Since launch we have also implemented both social media and SEO programmes to drive traffic to the new website.
